Wear resistant steel plates

In addition to our range of ballistic steel plates, we are also offering abrasion-resistant steel plates and profiles from the Swebor range.

As the steel only wears out very slowly even when subjected to heavy mechanical stress, they are better known as wear plates. These wear plates are therefore particularly suitable for companies active in sand and gravel handling, because e.g. excavator buckets and tippers - which are made of Swebor steel - have a significantly longer life span. The surface is suitable for laser cutting

These plates have a hardness of 400 to 500Hb and are used in the following areas, among others:
